TPG/OMS is a robust feature and functionally rich production proven Order Management System which has processed over 12 million shipments. This system provides customers with a complete and cost effective order management solution for all types of transportation businesses (Over the Road, LTL, Home Delivery, Small Package, and Intermodal).

As a proven solution for Agents, Brokers, Carriers, Vendors, and Third-Party Logistic (3PL) firms it coordinates and optimizes the proper loading of packages and pallets on to trucks for delivery, weight, size, and package type (Frozen, Refrigerated, Dry Goods).

In simplistic terms, TPG/OMS provides a “Single Point of Truth” for the relationships between agents, carriers, vendors, and consignees. It manages each of the parties’ specific attributes (delivery areas, specialties, rates, and terms) as well as their assets’ (trucks, docks, facilities) attributes in order to provide proper freight management.

Providing full visibility or delivery-chain transparency is a key attribute of TPG/OMS. By easily integrating into vendor, carrier, and agent systems through EDI and XML or flat-file imports TPG/OMS provides a “Single View” of the status of shipments to all parties through alerts, messages, documents, and ad-hoc web views. It creates and manages all documents required for delivery and payment (Bill of Lading, Manifests, Proof-of-Delivery and supports standard and custom accounting applications for rapid billing and payment.

TPG/OMS is deployed at our secure world-class production facility in Marlborough, MA., where it is centrally managed by our certified, professional Information Technology personnel.

Our SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) delivery model requires no hardware or software be installed at client locations. Clients access TPG/OMS from anywhere in the world via the Internet through secure connections. Database servers containing transactional data in customer specific partitions support each customer/location.

Orders feed into the servers automatically from vendors, carriers, agents or manually by users in various formats (EDI, XML, CSV, Excel, etc). Each transaction has specific delivery requirements, which categorize the transaction type. Transaction categories are billed at a different price points based on value. i.e. a Full Truck delivery generates more revenue so a higher transaction fee is charged per delivery than a Small Package. You pay for what you use; Nothing else.
