The Paxton Group, LLC acquires assets from NxTier Technologies, Inc.

On Friday August 17, 2007 assets from NxTier Technologies, including the Online Order Management System (OOMS) and supporting infrastructure, were acquired by The Paxton Group headquartered in Worcester Massachusetts.
Michael O’Brien, CEO and President, said “As founder and original author of the OOMS application it gives me great pleasure to reassume control and responsibility for this world-class product”.
The Paxton Group will support and expand the OOMS product capabilities as client needs continue to grow. “In partnership with our clients, we will focus on increasing the capabilities of OOMS to provide unparalleled value throughout the industry”, said Michael O'Brien, President of The Paxton Group.
